POWERFUL INVESTMENTS LIMITED

Is a Cypriot based company formed in August 2007 for the sole purpose of developing and managing the Taba Hotel, Taba, South Sinai, Egypt. POWERFUL INVESTMENTS Ltd. (P.I.Ltd)

In 2007 P.I.Ltd purchased the lease of the derelict shell, that was originally constructed with a view to create a freezone shopping mall. After a great deal of negotiation, hard work and careful design an eighteen-months programme commenced to create a unique 4-star boutique hotel. The second phase was to construct a new additional building providing 32 rooms and suites as well as a large outdoor swimming pool and two restaurants.

The Hotel was opened in 2009 under the management of P.I.Ltd with a new 4 star Hotel Licence in their own name. Since this time P.I. Ltd has developed their own unique market and location welcoming international guests as they transit the border between Egypt and Israel.

The build and design of the Hotel was carried out by the London International design company LKS Designs (www.lksdesign.com) who introduced their unique style to the property and continue to this day upgrading and modifying as required.
